Fuel Cell Stack Test Bench
Rubri supplies fuel cell stack test benches ranging from 100W-300kW, for fuel cell stack development test, batch factory test and life test, which can realize precise control over flow, pressure, humidity, temperature of the hydrogen/air/coolant supplied to the fuel cell stack and provide necessary conditions for stack operation.
Each model of test bench will be running tests with stack for more than 3000 hours before launch, ensure equipment performance standards, safety and reliability. Among of them, 150kw fuel cell stack testing stand has conducted test longer than 30000 hours and over 6000 stacks has been tested under this model.
Fuel Cell System Test Bench
SFC-PST series fuel cell system test bench, ranging from 60-500kW, used for fuel cell engine research and development test, batch factory test and life test, which can achieve precise control over fuel cell engine temperature control, flow, climbing and declining of high/ low voltage power supply and provide necessary conditions for fuel cell engine testing. Over 3000 sets of fuel cell engine has been tested under this series.
Fuel Cell System BOP Bench
fuel cell BOP test bench can test the following components in sub-system independently and combined (hydrogen sub-system test bench, oxygen sub-system test bench and coolant sub-system test bench): air compressor, intercooler, humidifier, back pressure valve, proportional valve,hydrogen circulation pump, hydrogen injector, ejector, radiator, coolant pump, deionizer etc.
The production line has the advantages of fully automatic loading and unloading of robots, automatic alignment correction, suitable for different incoming material sizes, multi-station air tightness detection, whole-line MES system control, and all data can be recorded and traced.
