The world's first low-temperature-resistant automatic hydrogenation robot completes system debugging

On April 26, 2024, the world's first low-temperature-resistant automatic hydrogenation robot at the heavy-haul railway hydrogenation research demonstration station completed full system debugging, realizing automated filling of terminal hydrogen.

The automatic hydrogenation robot can realize self-recognition of torque during the alignment process of the fueling nozzle, perform real-time positioning through a 3D vision camera, and improve the adaptability to the parking range. The robot meets the IIC level hydrogen explosion-proof requirements, ensures the safety of the system and personnel to the greatest extent, and can actively identify risk functions and monitor vehicles and the environment in real time.

The hydrogenation robot and high-flow hydrogenation machine can achieve 7×24 hours of continuous operation and high-flow hydrogenation at temperatures at -25 degrees Celsius. The maximum hydrogenation flow rate reaches 7.2 kg/minute, reaching the international leading level.
