The vehicle has a range of up to 550km, and the first batch of hydrogen fuel cell heavy trucks are officially launched
On July 13, the first batch of hydrogen fuel cell heavy trucks were officially launched. Hydrogen energy is a clean energy carrier that can be efficiently and conveniently converted into electrical energy and thermal energy. Liquid hydrogen can also be used as an important fuel. In recent years, hydrogen energy has played an important role in the global energy transformation. With the continuous advancement of the "dual carbon" strategy, the development and utilization of hydrogen energy in my country has also continued to deepen. In the field of transportation, hydrogen fuel has become a new energy form for automobiles, and its application prospects in commercial vehicles are broad.
The hydrogen fuel cell heavy trucks dispatched this time provide users with a brand-new new energy transportation solution.
Fuel cell heavy trucks have the advantages of long driving range, high reliability, high power and significant economy. The vehicle is equipped with an H150 hydrogen stack, including 6 390L hydrogen storage tanks, with an effective hydrogen storage capacity of 54 kg. With the help of 88.29kWh power batteries, the vehicle's driving range can reach 550km.
In terms of reliability, the safety of the hydrogen storage tank has been remotely strengthened. The tank frame has undergone more than 20,000 fatigue tests and 120MPa blast tests, which can meet the 8g impact test requirements and maximize driving safety.
In terms of power, the vehicle is equipped with a drive motor rated at 300kW, with a peak power of up to 450kW. The motor adopts a lightweight all-aluminum shell design with fewer gears, which reduces the total weight while also having the advantages of simple control and reliability. In terms of economy, the vehicle's comprehensive hydrogen consumption per 100 kilometers is 9 kilograms, which is better than similar heavy-duty trucks.
The official launch of the first batch of hydrogen fuel cell heavy-duty trucks demonstrates the application potential of hydrogen energy in the field of heavy-duty transportation, with the characteristics of long driving range, high reliability and significant economic benefits. This innovative measure not only promotes the practical application of hydrogen energy technology in the field of commercial vehicles, but also provides strong support for the realization of green and low-carbon development of the transportation industry.
