The largest hydrogen refueling station in the Yangtze River Delta is put into use

Recently, the largest hydrogen refueling station in the Yangtze River Delta was put into use. In 8 minutes, a hydrogen heavy truck can be filled with 30 kilograms of hydrogen, which can run more than 300 kilometers at a time. This is currently the largest hydrogen refueling station in the Yangtze River Delta region, with a filling capacity of up to 2,000 kilograms of hydrogen.

The hydrogen refueling station covers an area of 10.8 acres and can accommodate 4 vehicles for hydrogen refueling at the same time. It mainly serves hydrogen trucks and hydrogen buses in the surrounding ports and terminals. In the industrial park 5 kilometers away, the abundant industrial byproduct hydrogen provides a continuous source of hydrogen for the hydrogen refueling station; the hydrogen storage and transportation company in the same industrial park provides transportation services for the hydrogen refueling station; and the opening of the hydrogen refueling station also allows hydrogen energy companies in the industrial park to have a denser supply network, which effectively promotes the popularization of hydrogen vehicles.

In recent years, relying on the rich industrial by-product hydrogen resources and diversified application scenarios, Jiaxing Port has accelerated the layout of hydrogen energy development, connected the hydrogen energy "industrial chain", deepened the hydrogen energy "innovation chain", and broadened the hydrogen energy "application chain", focusing on cultivating the hydrogen energy industry ecosystem and building the "Oriental Hydrogen Port". The full industrial chain layout of hydrogen preparation, storage and transportation, refueling, core components of hydrogen energy equipment, and fuel cell power system integration has been basically realized. The completion and operation of this hydrogen refueling station will also inject strong impetus into the development of Zhejiang Province's hydrogen energy industry and promote the transformation of the regional economy to green and low-carbon.

The commissioning of the largest hydrogen refueling station in the Yangtze River Delta region not only provides efficient hydrogen refueling services, but also promotes the improvement of the local hydrogen energy industry chain and the green and low-carbon transformation of the regional economy. The completion and operation of this project will provide strong support for promoting the popularization of hydrogen energy vehicles and achieving the construction goal of the "Oriental Hydrogen Port".
