Large-scale commercial application of hydrogen energy transportation

On April 12, 2024, at the hydrogen refueling station in Yiwu Industrial Park, a hydrogen energy heavy truck refueled the hydrogen on the hydrogen refuel station under the guidance of the staff. The hydrogen refueling station can meet the refueling capacity of 35 hydrogen vehicles a day. The refueling time of each vehicle is about 20 minutes. The refueling volume at one time is 35 kg to 40 kg. After the refueling is completed, the vehicle is fully loaded, can run 300~400 kilometers.

Logistics and transportation are an important application scenarios for hydrogen energy transportation. Traditional freight vehicles use fuel engines, which not only emit large amounts of pollutants, but are also noisy and inefficient. Freight vehicles using hydrogen fuel cells can achieve zero emissions, reduce noise pollution, and have the advantages of high efficiency and long cruising range. At present, the construction scale of the hydrogen refueling station is 1 ton per day, and it also has the scale for later expansion.

This project provides the foundation and support to promote the large-scale commercial application of hydrogen energy transportation. We could provide a whole set solution and products from hydrogen production, storage and transportation, to hydrogen refueling stations and other projects construction.
