China's first heavy-haul railway hydrogenation station has been put into commercial operation
On June 2, China's first heavy-haul railway hydrogenation station has been put into commercial operation.
The hydrogenation station mainly provides hydrogenation services for domestic high-power hydrogen energy power shunting locomotives and "hydrogen fuel cell + lithium electric power battery" zero-emission catenary line operation vehicles. The station is equipped with the world's first low-temperature automatic filling hydrogenation robot and large flow hydrogenation machine independently developed and manufactured in China, which can achieve continuous work 24hours and large flow automatic hydrogenation under the conditions of the lowest minus 25 degrees Celsius.
Hydrogen refueling capacity of 500 kg per day, hydrogen storage capacity of 800 kg, the fastest 30 minutes to fill a hydrogen powered locomotive, the added hydrogen fuel can run for 8 hours, no-load mileage of 800 kilometers, is expected to reduce carbon dioxide emissions of about 800 tons per year.
China's first heavy-haul railway hydrogen refueling station was put into commercial operation in Inner Mongolia on June 2, marking an important step in the country's hydrogen energy rail transportation sector. The station not only has self-developed low-temperature automatic refueling robots and high-flow refueling machines, but is also expected to reduce carbon dioxide emissions by about 800 tons per year, demonstrating China's active efforts in promoting green transportation and reducing carbon emissions.
