China's first 100-kilogram vehicle carried liquid hydrogen system was successfully developed

Recently, China's first 100-kilogram vehicle carried liquid hydrogen system was released in Beijing. This product is one of the core equipment of liquid hydrogen heavy trucks. It will help hydrogen heavy trucks break through the 1,000-kilometer driving range. It is a major technological breakthrough in China's application of liquid hydrogen in the field of transportation.

Under the same outer dimensions, its effective volume is increased by 20%, the hydrogen carrying capacity is increased to 100 kilograms, the mass hydrogen storage density of the liquid hydrogen cylinder reaches 12%, and the overall system hydrogen storage density exceeds 10%.

The new generation vehicle-mounted liquid hydrogen system, as my China's first 100-kilogram vehicle carried liquid hydrogen system, has made new breakthroughs in many aspects and has reached the international advanced level. 

This project has built China's only key components and system-level testing system for vehicle-mounted liquid hydrogen systems. Various types of liquid hydrogen testing and verification are carried out during product development and manufacturing to ensure stable, safe and reliable product quality. And promote the creation of a hydrogen energy industry ecological chain to jointly realize the application and transformation of innovative results.
