10,000-ton Green Hydrogen Project Starts Construction

On May 30, Xinjiang Province's 10,000-ton green hydrogen project started construction, marking the official launch of first 10,000-ton "green power production and hydrogenation integrated" hydrogen energy full industry chain closed-loop operation scenario project.

This project consist of photovoltaic power stations, a 10,000-ton green hydrogen plant, three integrated energy stations and the operation of 600 hydrogen energy vehicles in phases, promoting the establishment of a supply chain and integration of green hydrogen production, storage, transportation, processing and use. industrial system.

The first 10,000-ton green hydrogen plant project to be constructed this time invested 240 million CNY to build an electrolysis water hydrogen production plant with an annual hydrogen production capacity of not less than 10,000 tons. The hydrogen production scale is 4,000Nm3/h in the first phase and 5,000Nm3 /h in the second phase, the third phase is 5000Nm3/h. The construction content mainly includes a single set of 1000Nm3/h alkaline electrolyzer, hydrogen compressor, charging facilities, power distribution facilities, public works and other auxiliary supporting facilities. It will be completed and put into use before the end of 2024.

The start of the 100,000-ton green hydrogen energy project has promoted the development of China's hydrogen energy industry and is of great significance in promoting the transformation of the energy structure and promoting green and low-carbon development.
